Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are accepted by the restaurant.
- Once the restaurant has accepted and started preparing the order, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Order was not delivered
- Incorrect item was delivered
- Food received was damaged or of poor quality
- Payment was deducted but the order was not successfully placed
3. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are initiated within 24 hours of request confirmation
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Estimated Credit Time:
- UPI / Wallets: 1–3 working days
- Debit/Credit Cards: 3–5 working days

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Order has already been prepared or dispatched
- Customer was unavailable at the time of delivery
- Incorrect delivery details (address/phone number) were provided
- Minor delays due to traffic, weather, or restaurant workload
5. Issue Resolution
- For food quality issues, refunds or replacements will be provided on a case-by-case basis
- Customers may be required to provide photo/video proof for verification
6. Payment Gateway
All payments and refunds are securely processed via Razorpay.
